Right of withdrawal / Revocation information

Consumers pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or email sent by post), of the decision to withdraw from this contract. The customer may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. The consumer can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website. If the customer makes use of this option, a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal will be sent to him immediately (e.g., by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation (according to cancellation policy)

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The period is observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
